Artificial Intelligence is shaping the future, but for many young learners it feels unknown and intimidating. At The British Learning Academy, we make Artificial Intelligence accessible and practical: students use it to boost their English, spark creativity, and build confidence and problem-solving. By the end of the course, AI feels less like a mystery and more like a tool they know how to use.

This course is open to students with a minimum English level of B1 (intermediate) to ensure they can fully participate in lessons and projects. This course is 20 hours of lessons per week.

young entrepreneurs programme

In tandem with our English and AI course, the Young Entrepreneurs Programme is part of our English and Life Skills Courses.

From designing logos to creating marketing campaigns, students turn ideas into reality. At Chichester Market, groups have sold their own T-shirts to the public, and this year we raised money for Oxfam with an in-house auction. These projects bring lessons to life and show students what they’re capable of. By the end of the course, our students are ready to stand up and share their ideas with conviction.

general English course

Our General English course is designed to support learners at every stage, with classes carefully tailored to five levels: A1 (Absolute Beginner) to C1 (Advanced)

Lessons place a strong emphasis on developing speaking fluency and building confidence in real-life communication. Alongside this, students work on key areas of language learning, including grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading, and writing, adapted to the needs of each level.

The course is interactive and dynamic, ensuring that students not only improve their English but also gain the practical skills and confidence to use it effectively in everyday situations, academic contexts, or international settings.

This course is ideal for students of any level who don’t have a specific focus but simply want to strengthen their overall English skills!

This course is 15 hours of lessons per week.

exam preparation

Upon request, students and groups can book their Cambridge and Trinity English Exams through us, alongside our preparation courses. Our exam preparation courses are tailored to young learners and taught by experienced teachers. Students practice with real exam-style tests to gain confidence and improve performance. Along the way, they expand their vocabulary, strengthen grammar, and develop communication skills. Students can choose to prepare for either the Cambridge Exams or the Trinity GESE, gaining internationally recognised qualifications that showcase their English skills.
